Product Content Strategy

At Silicon Valley Bank, I was a Sr. Content Strategist embedded in the Corporate Credit Cards' Business. I drove Content Strategy and was the Sr. UX Writer for a wide range of digital flows to support self-service within SVB Go, the bank's Online Banking platform.

The team worked directly in Figma to iterate on designs and share feedback. I collaborated with two Interaction Designers, four Product Managers and the Director of Product Design for Cards.

The self-service applications including Order a Card, Dispute a Transaction and Travel & Expense management decreased Customer Service calls by 37% and increased client satisfaction by 78% during a 12-month period, demonstrating the value of well-designed UX digital flows.
