Product Content Strategy

At Silicon Valley Bank, I was a Sr. Content Strategist embedded in the Corporate Cards' Business. I drove Content Strategy and was the Sr. UX Writer for a wide range of digital flows to support self-service within SVB Go, the bank's Online Banking platform.

 

The team worked directly in Figma to iterate on designs and share feedback. I collaborated with two Interaction Designers, four Product Managers and the Director of Product Design for Cards. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​
