Email Marketing Content Strategy

 

I was a Sr. Marketing Content Strategist at Expedia. I created the Content Strategy and copy for their New Customer Onboarding Email Campaign which resulted in an 86% increase in click-throughs in the hero area. I created benefit-driven copy based on Usability feedback of features that were most valuable to customers. 

 

The messaging framework was based on Expedia's brand promise and value propositions:

    • Support from Start to Finish

    • More for your Money

  • Expedia’s new brand voice attributes:

    • Intuitive

    • Travel Savvy

    • Positive
